Through free, practical education, we serve as a bridge between life’s hardest moments and the creation of clear, protective legal documents, helping families turn intention into structure so they can bend without breaking.
Through simple educational sessions, we help you understand the key documents used to protect yourself and your loved ones, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Personal Directives, Estate Administration, including Grants of Probate and Grants of Administration, and Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship for incapacitated adults.
Willow Tree Testaments is not a legal service. We do not prepare or review documents. Instead, we walk alongside you as you learn, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to take your next steps. Our sessions are designed to feel approachable, supportive, and empowering. Whether you are starting from scratch or trying to make sense of something you have already begun, you are welcome here.
